Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen fruit or berry mix
- 1.5 cups plain yogurt
- 0.5 cup cold-pressed sea buckthorn juice
- 1 tsp cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp seaweed powder
- 1-2 tsp rosehip powder
- 1/4 tsp wheatgrass powder
Instructions:
1. Thaw the frozen fruits or berries.
2. Add the thawed fruits/berries to a blender.
3. Add yogurt, sea buckthorn juice, coconut oil, seaweed powder, rosehip powder, and wheatgrass powder.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
5. Serve the smoothie immediately.
