Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh basil, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it directly to the skillet with the tomato mixture.
5. Stir in the chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
