Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 dl cooked rice
- 100 g shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until softened.
2. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown it well. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika powder.
3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and water, stir well, and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked rice until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
