A delicious combination of crispy bacon, creamy peanut butter, and sweet bananas. Perfect for a quick meal! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 6 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1½ packages of bacon
- Butter for frying
- 12 slices of rustic bread
- Peanut butter
- 3 ripe bananas
Instructions:
1. Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet with butter until crispy.
3. Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread.
4. Place banana slices on one slice of bread.
5. Add about three pieces of bacon on top of the other slice of bread.
6. Combine the two slices so that the bananas and bacon are in between.
7. Butter the outside of the sandwiches.
8. Fry the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
9. Serve warm.
