- 200 g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until they are soft.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Add a little reserved cooking water if the mixture is too thick.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and add the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh herbs.
