This pie combines the various experiences and emotions that life can bring. It is simultaneously sweet and slightly bitter, just like the journey of life.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 300 g cream cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 3 gelatin sheets
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)

Instructions:

1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
3. Whip the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until fluffy.
4. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
5. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes, squeeze out the excess water, and dissolve them in a small amount of hot water.
6. Combine the dissolved gelatin into the mixture thoroughly.
7. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
8. Allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Decorate with berries before serving.
