- 200 g blood
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g barley flour
- 100 g rye flour

- 1 tsp marjoram

Instructions:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
2. In a bowl, combine the blood, milk, and egg. Mix well.
3. Add the sautéed onion, barley flour, and rye flour to the mixture. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Season the dough with salt, white pepper, and marjoram.
5. Shape the dough into sausages and fry them in the pan until cooked through and beautifully browned.
