A delicious Finnish dish featuring blood sausage served with creamy mashed potatoes and a side of pork.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g blood sausage
- 2 dl apple jam
- 600 g potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 g pork steak
- 2 tbsp pepper sauce
- 300 g fried potatoes

Instructions:

1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.
2. Drain the potatoes and mash them together with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a skillet, cook the blood sausage over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until nicely browned.
4. Prepare the pork steak with pepper sauce by frying the meat in a skillet until cooked through.
5. Serve the blood sausage with apple jam and mashed potatoes on the side.
6. Add the pork steak and fried potatoes to the plate.
7. Enjoy with a cold Kölsch beer.
