- 1 bottle Palo Cortado sherry
- 1 bottle Manzanilla sherry

- Nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)
- Dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs)
- Slices of bread or baguette
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare a serving platter: Arrange the assorted cheeses, nuts, and dried fruits on the plate.2. Slice the baguette into pieces and place them on the platter.
3. Pour each type of sherry into its own glass and set the glasses beside the platter.
4. Serve olive oil as a dip for the bread.
