Ingredients:

- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 dl Lustau East India Solera Sherry
- 50 g dark chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until the mixture forms soft peaks.
2. Gently fold the sherry into the whipped cream mixture, being careful to maintain its lightness.
