Ingredients:
- 250 g oats- 150 g almond flour
- 2 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 g fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)
- 100 g quark or Greek yogurt
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a round cake pan.2. In a bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle berries and nuts on top of the batter.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving. Serve with quark or yogurt.
