Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated, optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
3. Place the potato slices in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the slices are not overlapping.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of baking.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a moment before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
