A delicious and nutritious omelette packed with spinach, onion, and garlic. Perfect for breakfast or brunch. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 7 organic eggs
- 7 tablespoons Hyla cream
- 4 discs frozen spinach
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced yellow onion and crushed garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
3. Add the frozen spinach to the pan and cook until the spinach has melted.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the cream. Mix well.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook on low heat until the omelette is set. If needed, you can fold the omelette in half.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
