Description: A delicious Hawaiian dish featuring a hamburger patty, rice, fried egg, and brown gravy.

Ingredients:
- For the Hamburger Patties:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced (reserve 1-2 tablespoons of green tops)
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Fine sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- For the Caramelized Onions:
- 2 large yellow onions (or red onions), sliced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Fine sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- For the Brown Gravy:
- 5 dl beef broth (homemade or from a cube)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water + 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- For the Fried Eggs:
- 2 eggs
- Canola oil, for frying
- For the Rice:
- Rice, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Hamburger Patties: In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, sliced green onions, grated garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for a moment.
2. Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into 3-4 patties and make a small indentation in the center of each.
3. Caramelize the Onions: Slice the onions. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
4. Cook the Patties: Grill the patties over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Make the Brown Gravy: In the same pan used for the patties, heat the beef broth. Add the caramelized onions and mix the water with cornstarch. Whisk this mixture into the simmering broth and let it cook gently for about 10 minutes.
6. Fry the Eggs: In a clean pan, add oil and crack the eggs in. Fry them sunny-side up, ensuring the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
7. Cook the Rice: Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
8. Assemble the Dish: On a plate, layer the rice, hamburger patty, caramelized onions, brown gravy, and fried egg. Garnish with reserved green onion tops and enjoy!
