A delicious salmon and egg open-faced sandwich. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

- 1 slice of white bread
- 1 slice of fresh skinless salmon (about 1 cm thick)
- 1 egg
- Butter for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato, cucumber, and dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. If the bread has a thick crust, cut it off.
2. Fry the bread in a pan with butter until golden brown on both sides.
3. Cook the salmon slice until it's just barely cooked through but still holds its shape. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
4. Fry the egg sunny side up.
5. Assemble the sandwich on a plate: place the fried bread, then the salmon slice, and top with the fried egg.
6. Garnish the dish with tomato, cucumber, and dill.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
