A delicious and filling dish perfect for a weekday dinner. This recipe is easy to prepare and takes just a little time. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 400 g sausages - 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. 2. Peel and chop the onion.
3. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
4. Add the sausages to the pan and cook until slightly browned.
5. Grease a baking dish and layer the bottom with a layer of potato slices.
6. Add the sausage and onion mixture on top, then pour the cream and milk evenly over it.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of potato slices on top.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
10. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
