A delicious and spicy Tex-Mex dish perfect for picnics or backyard parties. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and the recipe serves approximately 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Tex-Mex seasoning
- 100 ml cream
- 200 g shredded cheese
- Tortilla wraps
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Salsa sauce
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until soft.
3. Rinse the black beans and corn, then add them to the pan. Chop the red bell pepper and add it as well.
4. Stir in the Tex-Mex seasoning and cream, mix well, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
6. Warm the tortilla wraps. Fill the wraps with the Tex-Mex mixture and top with lettuce, avocado, and salsa.
7. Roll the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
