A delicious beef tenderloin dish wrapped in bacon, perfect for special occasions.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g beef tenderloin (150 g per serving)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 slices of bacon (1 slice per steak)
Instructions:
1. Take the beef tenderloin out of the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature for about 1 hour before cooking.
2. Cut the tenderloin into 4 cm thick steaks or ask your local butcher to do this for you.
3. Mix the salt and white pepper on a plate. Roll the steaks in the salt and pepper mixture until they are fully coated.
4. Wrap a slice of bacon around each steak and secure it with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
5. Melt the butter in a pan and gently coat the steaks in the melted butter.
6. Heat a frying pan until very hot and sear the steaks for about 3 minutes on each side.
7. Baste the steaks with the melted butter while cooking.
8. Serve the steaks with potato muffins and drizzle with bulgogi sauce.
