Ingredients:

Instructions:

3. Let the butter brown until the milk proteins turn a light brown color, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Be careful not to burn the butter too much, as overly dark butter will taste bitter.
5. Pour the liquid browned butter into a container and let it cool completely.
6. As it cools, it will solidify and can be stored in the refrigerator.
