A delicious savory cake perfect as a snack or for a festive table. With a crispy surface and flavorful fillings, it’s a real treat. Preparation time is about 1 hour, and the recipe serves approximately 8 people.

Ingredients:

- 200 g saltine crackers
- 100 g butter
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ripe tomato (diced)
- 100 g bell pepper (diced)
- 50 g black olives (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Crush the saltine crackers and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a cake pan.
3. Grate the mozzarella cheese and crumble the feta cheese.
4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the cheeses, tomatoes, bell pepper, and olives to the mixture.
5. Pour the filling over the cracker base and smooth the surface.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving. It can be served cold or warm.
