A delicious recipe that takes you on a culinary journey to the Soviet Union. These stuffed pillows are perfect as a main dish or side and are easy to prepare with various fillings.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- Spices (salt, pepper, herbs to taste)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the egg, water, and milk. Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until it is soft.
3. Add the ground meat to the onion and cook until the meat is browned. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
4. Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut out circles. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle.
5. Fold the pillow in half and pinch the edges tightly to seal the filling inside.
6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pillows for about 5-7 minutes, until they float to the surface.
7. Carefully lift the pillows out with a slotted spoon and serve.
