A delicious and nutritious nettle pie made with phyllo dough, offering a healthy savory pastry option.

Ingredients:

- 2-3 liters of young nettle leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 grams cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams crème fraîche
- Ready-made phyllo pastry sheets

Instructions:

1. Wash the nettle leaves thoroughly, drain them, and cut them into strips.
2. Add salt, cottage cheese, and eggs to the nettle leaves and mix well.
3. Take a deep baking tray and layer the phyllo pastry sheets. Sprinkle nettle filling over each sheet.
4. Bake the pie in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Spread crème fraîche on top of the hot pie before serving.
