A delicious and healthy nettle pie made easily with ready-made filo pastry. Filled with fresh nettle leaves and cottage cheese, this dish is both nutritious and delightful.

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 2-3 liters young nettle leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 g cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Ready-made filo pastry sheets

Instructions:

1. Wash the nettle leaves thoroughly, drain, and cut them into strips.
2. In a bowl, mix the nettle leaves, salt, cottage cheese, and eggs until well combined.
3. Take a deep baking tray and layer whole filo sheets in it. Sprinkle some of the filling over each layer.
4. Bake the pie in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Spread hot crème fraîche over the pie before serving.
