Delicious turnip packets that make a perfect side dish for any meal. Easy to prepare in the oven and full of flavor.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- A bunch of turnips
- Butter
- Freshly ground salt
- Honey
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the turnips thoroughly.
2. Cut each turnip into pieces and place them on squares of aluminum foil.
3. Sprinkle a little salt over the turnips.
4. Drizzle honey on top of the turnips.
5. Add a small pat of butter on each turnip piece.
6. Wrap the foil tightly around the turnips to create packets and place them in the oven.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about an hour, until the turnips are tender.
