Juicy salmon tacos are the perfect addition to your backyard gatherings. These delicious tacos are easy to prepare and will surely please everyone.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 dl fresh cilantro
- 1 dl chopped red onion
- 1 dl grated carrot
- 1 dl lettuce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the salmon fillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
4. Remove the fish from the skillet and flake it with a fork.
5. Warm the corn tortillas in the oven for about 5 minutes.
6. Mix the sour cream with lime juice and season with salt.
7. Assemble the tacos: place the flaked salmon on the tortilla, add avocado slices, red onion, grated carrot, and lettuce.
8. Top with the sour cream sauce and fresh cilantro.
9. Serve immediately.
