Ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 leek
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 g sausage (sliced)
- 200 g frozen green beans
- 100 g grated horseradish (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are almost tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and fry them until golden brown.
3. Slice the bell pepper and leek into strips. Add them to the skillet with the potatoes and continue frying for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Slice the sausage and add it to the skillet. Fry until the sausage is nicely browned.
5. Add the frozen green beans to the skillet and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the beans are heated through.
6. Serve the makkarypyttipannu with grated horseradish on top.
