Ingredients:

- 400 g sausage (e.g., kielbasa or bratwurst)
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are partially cooked. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the onion and bell peppers.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the onion and sauté until it becomes soft.
4. Add the sausage, sliced, and cook until it gets a nice color.
5. Add the boiled potatoes and bell peppers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
