These delicious muffins are the perfect energy boost for the start of the school day. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed as breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla sugar.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
5. Gently fold the berries into the batter.
6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
