Ingredients:
- 800 g gnocchi pasta
- 400 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Cook the gnocchi pasta according to the package instructions and drain well.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the red bell pepper and zucchini.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for a moment until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until fully browned.
5. Stir in the diced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for an additional few minutes until tender.
6. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan and season with salt, black pepper, basil, and oregano. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
7. Mix the cooked gnocchi into the sauce and heat for a moment until warm.
8. Serve the dish with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
