Delicious and fluffy rolls, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 rolls
Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl oatmeal
- 5 dl water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 dl oil
- 7-8 dl wheat flour
Instructions:
1. Cook the oatmeal in water and let it cool.
2. Add dry yeast, salt, honey, and oil to the cooled oatmeal. Mix well.
3. Gradually add wheat flour until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the bowl.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
5. Let the dough rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
6. Shape the dough into round rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Let the rolls rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are beautifully golden brown.
