A delicious and visually appealing dish perfect for festive tables or picnics. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g cold smoked salmon - 100 g cream cheese (plain or herb-flavored)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl fresh herbs (such as dill and parsley)
- 1-2 tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.2. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
3. Place the cold smoked salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
4. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top.
5. Slice the roll into pieces and arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
