Ingredients:

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl flour (wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 dl peanut butter
- 1 dl honey or maple syrup
- 1 dl water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 dl grated carrot (or banana)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, and grated carrot.
3. Add the peanut butter, honey, and water. Stir until it forms a smooth batter.
4. If using, add the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
