Ingredients:
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups cream
- 400 g pork strips
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp French mustard
Instructions:
1. Brown the pork strips and chopped onion in oil over medium heat until the meat is nicely browned.
2. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pan and sauté for a moment longer.
3. Season the mixture with black pepper and salt.
4. Stir in the tomato paste and water, mixing well.
5. Add cinnamon, curry powder, ginger, and French mustard. Blend until smooth.
6. Allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
7. Stir in the cream and heat through, but do not boil.
8. Serve warm with rice or pasta.
