A delicious and refreshing dessert that combines sweet meringue, creamy whipped cream, and northern cloudberries. This quick treat is perfect for coffee breaks and especially suited for summer occasions.

Ingredients:

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- Meringue layer (vanilla)
- 1 can of heavy cream
- Cloudberries
- Vanilla sugar
- Sugar
- Peach jam (no added sugar)
For soaking:
- Milk
- Vanilla sugar

Instructions:

1. Soak the pie crust lightly with milk mixed with a bit of vanilla sugar.
2. Spread a thin layer of peach jam over the crust.
3. Place the meringue layer on top of the jam.
4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and sweeten with sugar to taste.
5. Spread the whipped cream over the meringue layer and garnish with cloudberries.
6. Sprinkle some fine sugar on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: The dessert can be prepared the night before, allowing the meringue layer to soften under the whipped cream.
