A delightful dessert that showcases the intoxicating flavor of cloudberries. Perfect for summer moments or festive occasions.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh cloudberries
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g mascarpone cheese
- 50 g chocolate (white or dark, according to taste)

Instructions:

1. Gently rinse the cloudberries and let them drain.
2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
3. Add the mascarpone cheese and lemon juice to the whipped cream. Stir gently until combined.
4. Take serving dishes and place a layer of cloudberries at the bottom.
5. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream on top of the cloudberries.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
7. Grate the chocolate over the top for garnish.
8. Allow to set in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
