Ingredients:

- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cold water
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and rinse them thoroughly.
2. Heat oil in a deep pan or pot.
3. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add cold water to the dry mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
5. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and fry them in the hot oil until golden brown.
6. Remove the fried cauliflower and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm with a dipping sauce.
