Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 1 cauliflower
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.5 dl corn flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg
- Sparkling water
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Pasta Rosa spice mix (to taste)
- 1 HK blue sausage
- A little all-purpose flour
- 1 liter canola oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, curry powder, coriander, and cumin. Add crème fraîche and the egg, then mix well. Gradually add sparkling water until the batter is smooth.
2. Let the batter chill in the refrigerator for about one hour.
3. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the florets into large pieces.
4. Remove the casing from the HK blue sausage and slice it diagonally. Lightly dust with all-purpose flour.
5. Heat canola oil in a pot to 160°C (320°F).
6. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and then into the hot oil. Fry until they are crispy and golden brown.
7. Also dip the sausage slices into the batter and fry them in the oil.
8. Ensure the oil temperature remains between 160-165°C (320-329°F) to prevent the food from absorbing too much oil.
