Ingredients:
- 500 g beef tenderloin - 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef tenderloin into thick slices and lightly pound them.2. Season the slices with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the butter in a skillet and sear the slices on both sides until golden brown.
4. Remove the slices from the skillet and keep them warm.
5. Add the flour to the skillet and mix well.
6. Pour in the cream and milk, stirring until the sauce thickens.
7. Stir in the mustard and chopped parsley into the sauce.
8. Serve the beef slices with the sauce drizzled on top.
