A delicious game meat burger made with venison, perfect for a hearty meal.

Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g game meat (e.g., venison, elk, or deer)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Cheese (e.g., cheddar or emmental)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to absorb.
2. Add the game meat, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Cook the patties in a hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. Assemble the burgers: place a patty on the bottom half of the bun, add lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese, and your choice of sauces.
6. Serve with a good beer and enjoy!
