These delicious buns are the perfect snack for a forest trip or a picnic. They are easy to make and tasty to eat! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8 buns
Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour - 2 dl milk
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.2. Add the milk and oil to the dry ingredients and knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into buns.
5. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 10 minutes.
6. Brush the buns with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
