Ingredients:
- 1 can of oil-packed tuna
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons relish
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bread (sliced)
- Butter (optional)
Instructions:
1. Drain the tuna from the can and place it in a bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise and relish to the tuna.
3. Mash all the ingredients together with a fork until well combined.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toast the bread (butter both sides if you prefer a deluxe version).
6. Spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture between two slices of toasted bread.
7. Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve.
