Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (e.g., whole grain rye)
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (e.g., paprika mayonnaise)
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg or mixed salad)
- 1 tomato
- 200 g cooked chicken (chopped)
- 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- Black pepper to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- 1 slice of green pepper cheese
Instructions:
1. Chop the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, honey, chopped cucumber, and bell pepper.
2. Season the mixture with black pepper and mix well.
3. Take the bread slices and place lettuce on one slice, followed by sliced tomato and the chicken mixture.
4. Spread chili sauce on the other slice of bread and add the slice of green pepper cheese.
5. Place the two slices together, press lightly, and enjoy!
