Ingredients:
- 2 sponge cakes (e.g., vanilla sponge)- 2 cups heavy cream
- 300 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g plain cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vanilla milk (for soaking)
- 250 g fondant (for covering)
- 100 g sugar paste (for decorations)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the sponge cakes and allow them to cool completely.2. Make the strawberry mousse: Whip the cream and then fold in the cream cheese, sugar, and chopped strawberries until smooth.
3. Place the first sponge cake on a serving platter and soak it with vanilla milk.
4. Spread the strawberry mousse evenly over the top of the sponge cake.
5. Place the second sponge cake on top of the mousse and soak it with vanilla milk as well.
6. Cover the entire cake with fondant and shape decorations from sugar paste as desired.
