A delicious cake perfect for hunting events and special occasions, filled with strawberry mousse and soaked with vanilla milk. Preparation Time: 2 hours
Serving Size: 12-14 pieces
Ingredients:
- 250 g cake base - 200 g strawberry mousse
- 150 ml vanilla milk
- 500 g rolled fondant
- 200 g buttercream
- Hunting-themed decorations (e.g., fondant animals, trees, or other motifs)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake base and let it cool completely. 2. Cut the cake base into two or three layers.
3. Soak the layers of the cake with vanilla milk.
4. Spread strawberry mousse between each layer.
5. Cover the entire cake with buttercream and smooth the surface.
6. Roll out the fondant thinly and cover the cake with it.
7. Decorate the cake with hunting-themed decorations.
8. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator before serving.
