This delicious and hearty Moscow stew brings warm comfort to cold days. It combines meaty flavors and nutritious vegetables, making it a perfect meal for family or friends.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g beef
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 dl beef broth
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cut the beef into small cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the meat on all sides.
3. Chop the onion and garlic, add to the pot, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Add them to the pot.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Season with paprika powder, salt, black pepper, and add the bay leaf.
6. Simmer the stew over low heat for about 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
7. Remove the bay leaf and adjust the seasoning. Serve with fresh parsley on top.
