A festive bread pudding made with traditional Christmas buns, perfect for holiday gatherings. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 pieces of Christmas buns
- 5 dl milk
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 dl raisins
- 0.5 dl almond flakes
- Butter (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions:
1. Grease a baking dish with butter.
2. Cut the Christmas buns into cubes and place them in the dish.
3. In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon, and mix well.
4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and gradually add the milk mixture while stirring continuously.
5. Pour the mixture over the bun cubes in the dish. Add the raisins and almond flakes.
6. Allow it to sit for about 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake the pudding in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, until it is set and the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, for example, with vanilla sauce.
