A delicious dish that combines mild fish and a creamy sauce. Preparation time is about 30 minutes. Serves 4.Ingredients:
- 400 g sei (cod)- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 6 dl milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- White pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs until fully cooked, cool them, and chop into small pieces.2. Cook the thawed sei in a pan until done. Transfer the cooked fish to a plate and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in the same pan.
4. Mix the flour thoroughly with the oil and gradually add the cold milk, stirring continuously.
5. Heat the sauce while stirring until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
6. Finally, add the salt, white pepper, chopped eggs, and flaked fish.
