A delicious beef stew made with tender beef roast, served in a flavorful sauce that combines the sweetness of onions, the softness of potatoes, and the deep flavor of dark beer.

Ingredients:

- 600 g beef roast
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 onions
- 4 potatoes
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 300 ml dark beer
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the beef roast into cubes.
2. Peel and slice the onions.
3. Peel and dice the potatoes.
4. Heat the butter in a large skillet and brown the beef cubes on all sides.
5. Add the onions and sauté until they are soft.
6. Add the potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
7. Pour the dark beer into the skillet and season with white pepper and salt.
8. Let it simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, until the meat and potatoes are tender.
9. Serve warm.
