A delicious and savory focaccia topped with fresh asparagus and herbs.
Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 dl water
- 1 dl olive oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 g asparagus
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Dissolve the dry yeast, sugar, and salt in warm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
2. Add the all-purpose flour and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic.

4. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to about 1-2 cm thick.
5. Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers to create small indentations.
6. Trim the ends of the asparagus and arrange them on top of the dough. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
7. Allow the dough to rise again for about 30 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
