Ingredients:

- 8 corn tortillas
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Guacamole (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
- Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the red onion and bell pepper.
2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
7. Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture and serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream on the side.
